This incomparable 2-day diving excursion to Shaab Sataya, also known as Dolphin Reef, combines first-class diving with a visit to a world-famous tourist attraction. The offer includes 2 full-day diving trips around Shaab Sataya Dolphin Reef with a total of 4 dives and an overnight stay on our large dive boat. Our crew and guides do their best to make the tours a success.

While bottlenose dolphins roam the coastline year-round, there is one main destination in Marsa Alam where you can get up close and personal with the dolphins: the Sataya Dolphin Reef nature reserve. The nature reserve consists of various diving grounds and is a marine reserve. In terms of very rich marine and underwater fauna, this nature reserve has rare or extinct species elsewhere in the Red Sea basin and it is an area suitable for meeting dolphins. There is a large selection of excellent diving spots for beginners and professionals.

The Sataya Dolphin Reef is located on the southeastern tip of the Fury Shoal diving area in front of Marsa Alam, in the middle of the Red Sea, which is why the journey time (approx. 2 hours) takes a little longer. This is one of the reasons why we do this boat tour in two days. Because we can enjoy a total of 4 dives around the nature reserve. On the conventional day trips, only 2 dives are held at Shaab Sataya Dolphin Reef. The relatively expensive fee for the national park is still due in full. Another advantage is that we are very early on the second day at the Sataya Dolphin Reef dive sites. Because the numerous ships arrive a little later. It is not uncommon for over 100 divers and snorkelers to cavort at one dive site at the same time.

On the first day, the boat tour starts at around 8 a.m. from Hamata, Marsa Alam. On the way, we prepare the diving equipment in a relaxed manner and hold a detailed dive site briefing. When we arrive at Sataya Dolphin Reef, we select the best dive sites for the first day. The choice of dive sites depends on the weather, currents, and diving experience.

The evening is free so that everyone can explore the fascinating seascape according to their taste. This 2-day wild dolphin cruise is also perfect for a group of friends and family, as both children and adults will enjoy the thrill of seeing dolphins in their natural environment.

Food, drinking water, and hot drinks are available all day long.

On the second day, we start at around 7:00 a.m. so that we can still find the dive sites deserted. The dive ship goes to two other exciting dive sites around Sataya Dolphin Reef.

After two eventful dives, we will make the comfortable return trip to Hamata, where we will arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

All activities at sea are dependent on wind and wave conditions.

Sun protection, swimwear, and a towel should not be missing.
